At Taylor Farm we will provide our Assisted Living residents with the following:

• Furnished Private Room
• All utilities
• Direct T.V.
• All meals & snacks
• Laundry service
• Housekeeping service
• All linens
• Incontinent wear
• Bed pads
• Gloves
• Wipes
• All toiletries
• Medication Administration (Licensed Medication Technicians)
• Full head-to-toe assessment by RN (at least every 45 days)
• Review of medications by licensed pharmacist
• Caregivers on duty around the clock
• Activities
• Assistance with daily showers
• Assistance with daily personal hygiene
• Assistance with toileting
• Assistance with meals
• Hair & nail care
